Hello ALL,

It’s time for our regular “second Saturday” habitat restoration work party at the Oak Woodlands in Golden Gate Park with the Natural Areas Program!

Dylan Hayes and Joe Grey staff gardeners with Natural Areas will be leading us at two great work sites.

We will be weeding around our native shrubs at the 3rd av/ Fulton ’ natural garden ’ and also sprucing up the east entrance to the Pygmy Forest section of the Oak Woodlands Trail.

This is a great opportunity to meet our vigorous indigenous shrubs and forbs and see the prime Oak Woodlands of Coon Hollow and check out our new ’ Pygmy Forest Trail ’.

Kids under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult and should bring their own gear; otherwise gloves, tools, water and snacks will be provided.

We look forward to seeing you … if you want to respond to this notice, DO NOT return reply directly , instead PLEASE email me at <rcbakewell@gmail.org> or call me at 415-710-9617.
